Several regulation changes have been reported and were set in force during the past weeks that we like to point your attention to.

In the last month several changes of MRLs have been published:
VO (EU) 2017/623
The following changes became valid by April 26th for Acequinocyl and Pyraclostrobine

VO (EU) 2017/624
For Bifenazat, Daminozid and Tolylfluanid the MRLs were raised by EU regulation 2017/624. The changes became valid valid by April 26th.

VO (EU) 2017/626
Acetamiprid, Cyantraniliprol, Difenoconazol, Ethephon, Flupyram, Flutriafol, Fluxapyroxad, Pyrimethanil, Spirotetramatand Tebuconazol have beenraised by EU regulation 2017/626 which became valid by April 27th already.

VO (EU) 2017/627
Mainly lowered MRLs were decided for Fenpyroximat, Triadimenoland Triadimefon and published in EU regulation 2017/627. They will become active by Oct, 2th this year with an interims regulation
VO (EU) 2017/671
In EU regulation 2017/671 MRLs were revised for Chlotinanidin and Thiamethoxam. The new MRLs became valid by April 28th

VO (EU) 2017/693
The residue defintion for Chlormequat has been changed and further MRL changes were published in the reporting period for Chlormequat and Tebufenpyrad by EU regulation 2017/693 The new MRLs will become valid by Nov, 3rd 2017 except for Tebufenpyrad which will be valid by May 3rd already.

Regulation (EU) 2016/1785: The new MRLs became active by April 28th for cymoxanil, phosphane and phosphide salts and sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate, sodium o-nitrophenolate and sodium p-nitrophenolate -
Regulation (EU) 2016/1822: The new MRLs became active by May 7th for aclonifen, deltamethrin, fluazinam, methomyl, sulcotrione and thiodicarb -
Regulation (EU) 2016/1866: The new MRLs became active by May 10th for 3-decen-2-one, acibenzolar-S-methyl and hexachlorobenzene -
