The AGROLAB GROUP mainly achieved a very good evaluation of the offered services at this year´s customer satisfaction survey. The participation rate of the contacted customers stood at a pleasing 30%.
For the first time the survey was conducted using an online portal. Therefore a much larger customer group could be involved as in the previous years, which leads to a very good objective overall picture regarding the service of the laboratory group.
Customer satisfaction is really important to us. For this reason, we take the feedback very seriously. We will resolve the results in detail in the coming weeks and initiate a process of improvement. Thereby we want to ensure the future continue of improving our service standard.
